Le Peuple qui Manque
Les Impatients
in collaboration with the Médiathèque du FMAC
The Centre d’Art Contemporain Genève is pleased to partner with the Media Library of the FMAC to present an evening screening of the chronopolitical series Les Impatients by Le Peuple qui Manque (Aliocha Imhoff & Kantuta Quirós).
This chronopolitical series deals with the imagination of time, as much as this impatience that we carry within us to find the time of the event, the possibility of the future, in this moment that we are going through, especially in Europe, of the greatest obstruction of politics, this feeling of the greatest impotence.
Le Peuple qui Manque is an art curatorial platform based in Paris, France. It was created by Kantuta Quiros and Aliocha Imhoff in 2005, and operates at the intersection of contemporary art and research. A people is missing is also producing and distributing artists’ films.
