The Centre operates everyday to make contemporary art accessible to as many people as possible and offers several appointments which go along with the programming and allow different audiences to approach and to deepen the exhibitions on display by other means. The whole mediation program offers a bridge that aims to allow the audiences to apprehend contemporary art in a friendly and a playful way.

The program Better than Gold offers a free immersion in contemporary art for children, teenagers and the general public, in a unique setting outside the walls of the Centre d'Art Contemporain Genève and in collaboration with the Fondation Convergences. This innovative program, hosted by the Maison de l'Enfance et de l'Adolescence (MEA), combines creativity and transmission.
Moving Picture Academy aims to give high school students a basic understanding of video writing, directing and post-production, combining theoretical references with practical experience with technicians and mediators.
